1. The gear oil should be replaced every year after the gearbox is used for the first 1000 hours;
2. Carefully handle all gearboxes when replacing the grinding wheel and handling;
3. After each work is completed, all gearboxes should be cleaned with clean water (which can extend the service life of the grinder and oil seal);
4. Check whether the gearbox oil level is normal. If the oil level is too low, add it in time (check the available oil stick);
5. When adding water, be careful not to let water enter the inverter and motor;
6. The correct voltage should be connected to the machine;
7. If the gearbox has an abnormal sound, stop using it immediately and check the cause. If you continue to use it, other pinion parts will be damaged.
